3. Appointments & cancellations

When you request a quote, we'll contact you to schedule a visit within an estimated arrival window. Plans change, so does ours — if you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as soon as you can by phone or text so we can offer the slot to another customer. We'll do the same and let you know if a technician is running early, late, or needs to push your visit.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information when you request a quote or book a visit — including a phone number and address we can actually reach you and your door at. Inaccurate contact information may delay or prevent us from completing your service.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

If you opt in to text updates, Easy Garage Door Repair will send informational messages tied to your own request or job — for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, a message when the technician is on the way, and links to view or pay your estimate or invoice. These are not recurring marketing messages.

• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your service — typically a handful of messages around a single visit.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. You can always ask us to call or email you instead.

6. Payments

When you choose to pay an estimate or invoice online, payment is processed by Square through its own secure, hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number. Prices quoted are estimates until the work is complete and may change if the scope of the job changes once a technician is on site.

7. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to deliver our services, including Twilio (text messaging), Square (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Supabase (hosting). Your use of features backed by these providers is also subject to their own terms where applicable.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why, and how it's handled, including our text messaging practices. It's part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This site and the information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Quotes and estimates provided through the site are preliminary and subject to confirmation on site. To the extent permitted by law, Easy Garage Door Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site; nothing here limits our obligations under the workmanship warranty covering completed repairs.
